Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is part of the fragrance. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
7-Day Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances, attar oils, and bakhoor cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@essenciadivino.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions and, where applicable, arrange pickup within the UAE.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
