Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online card payment. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; orders are fulfilled only after payment is verified.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Essencia Divino name, logo, imagery, and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Our fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
